I really enjoyed the decor of this hotel. The furniture and decorations were lovely and gave the place a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean, which made it a comfortable place to spend time. Being a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had good accessibility, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility challenges. It made navigating the hotel much easier for me.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance and support. As a senior, sometimes I need a little extra help, whether it's carrying luggage or getting directions.

For families with children, the hostel offers bike hire, which was a great way for us to explore Hamburg together. It was so much fun riding around the city and seeing the sights on two wheels.

In my wife's opinion, the only suggestion she would have for families with children is to have more outdoor play areas.

Had the pleasure of sleeping with a flat-screen TV, WiFi, and a lovely garden view. got to enjoy a barbecue and engage in activities like cycling and hiking. Wow, what a treat!

It was such a disappointment not to have a room that looked like the website picture. So misleading.

The other guests at this place were quite inconsiderate and made the experience less enjoyable. Some were smoking in the toilets, making them smell awful, and there were instances of people dumping bedding in the sinks.
